Job Title: CNC Machine Operators and Machinist
Location: Western Sydney
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + super + overtime rate
The CNC Machine Operators and Machinist will ideally have the following attributes:

Operate cutting-edge CNC machines with finesse

Interpret intricate shop drawings using leading software like PowerMill, AutoCAD, CATIA, and Mastercam

Utilize your expertise in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and wire cut machines

Set up and manage jobs efficiently, adhering to production schedules
-
Champion a culture of respect and professionalism among peers and clients

Uphold stringent OH&S and WH&S protocols

Bring engineering drawings to life with precision and skill
Qualifications and Experience that Stand Out:

3-5+ years of experience.

Proficiency in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM).

Competence in utilising wire cut machines and surface grinding machines.

Experience in manual lathes, milling machinery, and CNC milling machines.
-
Familiarity with Heidenhain and Siemens control systems is advantageous.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings.
